Billing, support and your data
- Members
- Each person on your account who takes bookings or works the front desk is a member, invited ones included. A member you invite is charged for the rest of the period right away. Another business you link to never counts.
- Trial
- Pro has no trial.
- Payment
- By card at checkout.
- Cancelling
- Cancel Pro at any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no refund for that period, then your business is on the free plan with all its data.
- Failed payment
- If a renewal fails, Pro stays on for 30 days while we retry your card.
- Price changes
- We give 60 days' notice of a price change, and it never applies to time you've already paid for.
- Your clients' payments
- We take no part of what your clients pay you, and your processor charges its own fees.
- Support
- Live chat and email are answered 24 hours a day Monday to Saturday, and email on Sunday.
- Leaving
- Export stays open after you close your account.

How do I start Pro?
Sign in with Google onto the free plan, then choose Pro in Billing.
What does it cost to add a person?
Each member is $10 a month billed yearly, or $12 monthly.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every Pro payment has an invoice, with any tax shown.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
On Pro, you sign a BAA in Settings. On any plan, a health practice's messages name no service or practice, and no booking details reach ad platforms.
